What do you think? Looking for a career….?

I’m 27 and trying to put my husband through law school. The customer service job I just had was terrible and it has me wanting to have a career of my own. I haven’t so far because I have colitis and it was hard to get out. Now my stomach is doing much better so I should try for it. Should I do the two year MAJOR schooling of Radiology Technician? Husband and I would get out at same time. High stress though, bad for colon. Or should I do Medical Assisting. One year school, much less money, but should be alot less stress. Any ideas?
